In the wee hours of Tuesday morning March 19, 2018 our business burned to the ground in Tualatin, OR. Our server and our POS PC's used ITPROS Realtime Backup. (Thank the lord!) By 10AM that morning the ITPROS gave us space to work in their office and two loaner laptops to use. It took them two hours to have Quickbooks up and access to all our documents. Every file was there and we didn't even lose one minute of our information. They allowed us to use their office for two weeks at no charge and even packed all our data on a USB drive when we left. ITPROS is a family business for sure and we got to know all of their team and even joked that they had adopted us. We have since reopened in Sherwood and from now on whoever our ITPros technician is, he will always have his own office in our building. - Megan
